A Bay may contain information such as:
- VIN
- Year, make, model, trim, or series
- Vehicle specifications
- Mileage
- Service history
- Maintenance records
- Vehicle photographs
- Notes
- Parts wishlists
- Purchase history
- Other vehicle-related information
Some vehicle information may be provided by users, while other information may come from third-party automotive-data services.
DreamBuild does not guarantee that vehicle data is complete, current, or error-free.
VIN decoding and other automated vehicle identification methods may produce incomplete or inaccurate results.
You are responsible for reviewing important vehicle information before relying on it for purchasing, maintenance, repair, or safety-related decisions.
5. Automotive Information and Safety
DreamBuild provides automotive information and tools for informational and educational purposes.
Automotive maintenance and repair can involve significant risks, including:
- Vehicle damage
- Equipment damage
- Fire
- Electrical hazards
- Exposure to hazardous materials
- Serious personal injury
- Death
DreamBuild does not inspect your vehicle and cannot determine its actual physical condition through the Services.
Information provided by DreamBuild should not be treated as a substitute for inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, or repair performed by an appropriately qualified automotive professional.
You are responsible for determining whether you have the skills, tools, environment, information, and safety equipment necessary before performing automotive work.
When safety, vehicle condition, or repair requirements are uncertain, you should consult a qualified professional.
6. Leroy and AI-Assisted Features
DreamBuild may provide artificial-intelligence-assisted features, including Leroy, DreamBuild's automotive guidance assistant.
AI-assisted features may provide information regarding topics such as:
- Maintenance procedures
- Maintenance intervals
- Vehicle information
- Dashboard indicators
- Service history
- Automotive terminology
- Recalls
- Parts discovery
- Local automotive resources
- Other automotive questions
AI-generated information can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for the specific condition of a vehicle.
AI systems do not physically inspect vehicles and may not have access to all information necessary to make a reliable mechanical determination.
Leroy and other DreamBuild AI functionality are not a replacement for professional automotive inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, or repair.
You should independently verify information before relying upon it for decisions that could affect vehicle operation, safety, maintenance, repair, or purchasing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamBuild is not responsible for losses resulting from actions taken solely in reliance on AI-generated information.
7. Service and Maintenance Information
DreamBuild may provide:
- Maintenance schedules
- Service reminders
- Maintenance explanations
- Service-history organization
- Recommendations based on information associated with your Bay
- Other maintenance-related information
Maintenance requirements can vary based on vehicle configuration, mileage, use, environment, manufacturer guidance, vehicle condition, previous repairs, and other factors.
DreamBuild does not guarantee that a suggested maintenance interval or procedure is correct for every vehicle.
Manufacturer documentation and qualified professional advice should be consulted where appropriate.
8. Recalls and Safety Information
DreamBuild may make vehicle recall or safety information available through third-party data sources.
Recall information may be delayed, incomplete, or dependent on the accuracy of vehicle information associated with your account.
DreamBuild does not replace official manufacturer or government recall notifications.
Users should verify important recall information through the applicable manufacturer, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, or another authoritative source.
9. Parts Discovery and Vehicle Fitment
DreamBuild may help users search for automotive parts or products associated with vehicle information stored in a Bay.
Compatibility information may depend on:
- VIN data
- Vehicle trim
- Engine
- Drivetrain
- Production options
- Supplier data
- Manufacturer data
- Catalog information
- Information entered by the user
DreamBuild does not guarantee that any part or product will fit or function correctly with a specific vehicle unless an explicit written guarantee is provided for that particular transaction.
Before purchasing or installing a part, you are responsible for confirming compatibility using available product specifications, manufacturer information, supplier information, or professional assistance where appropriate.
Images, 3D hotspots, recommendations, catalog categories, or search results do not themselves constitute a guarantee of compatibility.
10. 3D Vehicle Experiences
DreamBuild may provide interactive exterior, interior, chassis, or other 3D vehicle experiences for supported vehicles.
3D models and hotspot locations are intended to help users explore vehicle systems and discover relevant information or products.
They may:
- Simplify real vehicle construction
- Omit components
- Differ from specific trims or configurations
- Contain approximate component locations
- Be unavailable for certain vehicles
A 3D representation should not be used as the sole reference for performing a repair, disassembly, modification, or safety-critical procedure.
Support for 3D vehicle experiences may expand or change over time.
11. Community and User Content
DreamBuild may allow users to create, upload, publish, transmit, or share content such as:
- Posts

- Guides
- Links
- Profile information
- Other user-generated material
You retain ownership of original content you create.
By submitting content to DreamBuild, you grant DreamBuild a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, moderate, and promote the Services.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to DreamBuild.
Where content is publicly posted, the license also permits DreamBuild to display that content to other users and, where appropriate, in connection with DreamBuild's promotion of its community or Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to content you upload.
You may not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
12. Community Conduct

- Threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse others

- Collect personal information about others without authorization
- Interfere with the operation of DreamBuild
- Abuse reporting, moderation, or community systems
- Use the Services in violation of applicable law
Additional rules may be contained in DreamBuild's Community Guidelines or moderation policies.
DreamBuild may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect the community.
13. Advice and Content Provided by Other Users
Community members may share automotive experiences, recommendations, instructions, opinions, or other information.
DreamBuild does not necessarily review, verify, endorse, certify, or guarantee information provided by users.
A user's automotive experience or recommendation may not apply to your vehicle or circumstances.
You are responsible for evaluating user-provided information before relying upon it.
14. Automotive Events
DreamBuild may allow users or third parties to create, list, discover, or RSVP to automotive events.
Unless DreamBuild explicitly states otherwise, DreamBuild is not the organizer, operator, sponsor, owner, or controller of a user-created or independently operated event.
Event information may change without notice.
Users are responsible for evaluating the safety, legality, location, organizer, and suitability of events they attend.
DreamBuild is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent event organizers, venues, attendees, or other third parties.
15. Local Shops and Service Providers
DreamBuild may display or recommend automotive businesses, shops, installers, service providers, or other local resources.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Listing does not constitute certification
- Ranking does not constitute a guarantee
- Recommendation does not create an agency or employment relationship
- DreamBuild does not control the provider's work
- DreamBuild does not guarantee pricing, availability, workmanship, licensing, insurance, or suitability
You are responsible for evaluating a service provider before purchasing services.
Any agreement for services is between you and the applicable provider unless DreamBuild expressly states otherwise.
16. Marketplace and Merchandise
DreamBuild may allow users to purchase automotive parts, accessories, merchandise, or other products.
Products may be:
- Sold by DreamBuild
- Supplied by third-party vendors
- Fulfilled by third parties
- Shipped directly from vendors
- Offered through an external marketplace or vendor website
The applicable seller or supplier may vary by product.
Product pages should identify relevant seller, supplier, fulfillment, shipping, warranty, or return information where applicable.
DreamBuild does not manufacture third-party automotive products unless expressly stated.
Third-party manufacturers, suppliers, and sellers remain responsible for obligations that legally apply to them.
17. Third-Party Checkout
Most eligible DreamBuild web purchases may be processed through DreamBuild's checkout using third-party payment infrastructure.
Certain products or vendors may require you to complete a transaction through an external website or service.
When you leave DreamBuild and complete a transaction directly with another provider:
- That provider's terms apply to the transaction
- That provider controls its checkout
- Its privacy practices govern information collected directly by it
- DreamBuild may not control fulfillment, refunds, warranties, or customer service
DreamBuild will make reasonable efforts to distinguish third-party transaction flows from DreamBuild checkout.
18. Payments
DreamBuild currently uses Stripe to process eligible web subscription and purchase payments.
Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.
DreamBuild does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges for purchases you initiate.
Taxes, shipping charges, fees, or other amounts may apply as disclosed during checkout.
19. Buy Now, Pay Later and Financing Options
Certain merchandise purchases may eventually support buy-now-pay-later (“BNPL”) or similar third-party financing options.
BNPL is not a DreamBuild subscription-payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
Financing services are provided by independent third parties.
Eligibility, approval, credit decisions, payment schedules, fees, interest, late charges, and related financing terms are determined by the applicable provider.
DreamBuild does not make credit decisions on behalf of independent BNPL providers.
Your use of those services is subject to the provider's terms.
20. Subscriptions
DreamBuild may offer free and paid subscription plans.
Paid subscriptions may provide access to additional functionality, limits, or benefits.
Current subscription pricing, features, and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring fees as disclosed at purchase.
You may cancel a subscription through the available account or billing controls.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges and does not automatically provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by law or otherwise stated in an applicable refund policy.
DreamBuild may change subscription pricing or features. Where required, we will provide notice before a pricing change applies to a future renewal.
21. Promotions and Free Trials
DreamBuild may offer discounts, promotional pricing, referral benefits, credits, free trials, or other promotional programs.
Additional terms may apply to a promotion.
Promotions may be:
- Limited in duration
- Limited by eligibility
- Restricted to one use per account or household
- Modified or discontinued as permitted by law
If a free trial converts into a paid subscription, the conversion terms and price will be disclosed before enrollment.
22. Orders, Shipping, Returns, and Warranties
Shipping times, inventory, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and warranties may vary based on the product and supplier.
Where a third-party supplier fulfills an order, some aspects of the transaction may be governed by that supplier's policies.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.
DreamBuild is not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control.
Manufacturer warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer unless DreamBuild expressly provides a separate written warranty.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of DreamBuild intellectual property to you.

DreamBuild may make experimental, preview, beta, or early-access functionality available.
These features may:
- Change substantially
- Contain errors
- Perform unpredictably
- Be discontinued
- Have limited support
Where clearly identified as beta or experimental, such functionality should not be relied upon for safety-critical or mission-critical purposes.
28. Account Suspension and Termination
DreamBuild may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraud or suspected fraud
- Illegal activity
- Abuse or harassment
- Security threats
- Attempts to exploit the Services
- Serious or repeated community violations
- Nonpayment of applicable fees
- Legal obligations
- Risk to DreamBuild, users, or third parties
Where appropriate and legally permissible, DreamBuild may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
You may discontinue use of DreamBuild and delete your account using available account controls.
Certain information may be retained after account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
29. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
DREAMBUILD DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
30. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMBUILD LLP AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

31. Assumption of Automotive Risk
You acknowledge that automotive repair, maintenance, inspection, modification, driving, events, and related activities may involve inherent risk.
DreamBuild provides information and platform functionality but does not control how users perform automotive work or operate their vehicles.
You are responsible for your own actions and for determining whether professional assistance is appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as encouraging a user to perform work that exceeds their competence or that should legally or safely be performed by a qualified professional.
32. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DreamBuild LLP and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from third-party claims arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Services
- Your material violation of these Terms
- Content you submit
- Your infringement of another person's rights
- Fraud or intentional misconduct committed through your account
This obligation does not apply to claims caused by DreamBuild's own conduct where indemnification would be prohibited by applicable law.
33. Dispute Resolution and Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and DreamBuild agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally.
A party seeking to raise a dispute should provide written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution.
Notices to DreamBuild may be sent to:
If that address is unavailable, notices may be sent to:
The parties should allow at least 30 days for informal resolution before commencing arbitration or litigation, unless immediate relief is reasonably necessary.
34. Arbitration Agreement
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than a trial in court, except as otherwise provided in this section.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms and subject to applicable law.
Arbitration will occur on an individual basis.
Nothing in this provision prevents either party from:
- Bringing an eligible matter in small claims court
- Seeking emergency or temporary injunctive relief where legally appropriate
- Pursuing a claim that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated
Unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires another location or procedure, arbitration may be conducted remotely, by written submissions, or at a mutually reasonable location.
Allocation of arbitration fees and costs will be governed by the applicable AAA rules and applicable law.
35. Class Action Waiver
To the extent legally permitted, disputes subject to arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis.
Neither you nor DreamBuild may bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, or representative arbitration or action concerning a dispute subject to this arbitration agreement, except where such a waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
This provision does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
36. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another jurisdiction's mandatory law applies.
For disputes that are not subject to arbitration, you and DreamBuild consent to the jurisdiction of appropriate state or federal courts located in Colorado, subject to applicable law.
37. Changes to the Services
DreamBuild may modify the Services over time.
Features listed in marketing materials, roadmap materials, documentation, or other communications may be subject to:
- Availability limitations
- Development changes
- Supplier availability
- Technical feasibility
- Regulatory requirements
- Product priorities
A roadmap, preview, prototype, announcement, or planned feature is not a contractual promise that a feature will be released by a specific date or at all.
38. Changes to These Terms
DreamBuild may update these Terms when our Services, business model, technology, or legal obligations change.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the beginning of these Terms.
For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or through another reasonable method.
Where required by law, we will obtain consent before applying a material change.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
39. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a specific feature, subscription, promotion, transaction, or service, constitute the agreement between you and DreamBuild regarding the Services.
If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms will govern the applicable feature or transaction unless otherwise stated.
40. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
41. No Waiver
DreamBuild's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
42. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without DreamBuild's consent.
DreamBuild may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
