- Drivetrain and other vehicle characteristics

DreamBuild may obtain certain vehicle information from third-party vehicle-data sources after you provide a VIN or other vehicle details.
We use this information to provide the digital garage, vehicle-management, maintenance, parts-discovery, recommendation, and related functionality available through DreamBuild.
3. Service and Maintenance Information
You may use DreamBuild to record, organize, and review vehicle service and maintenance activity.
This information may include:
- Maintenance performed
- Service dates
- Mileage at the time of service
- Parts or materials used
- Service-provider information
- Receipts or supporting records
- User-created notes
- Recommended service intervals

DreamBuild may use information stored in your Bay to provide personalized maintenance guidance, reminders, and other vehicle-related recommendations.

Content you intentionally publish to a public or community-facing area of DreamBuild may be visible to other users and, depending on the feature, potentially to people outside DreamBuild.

DreamBuild may allow users to discover automotive events, RSVP to events, create eligible events, or interact with local automotive resources.

6. Location Information
DreamBuild Website
The DreamBuild marketing website does not collect your precise location unless a feature requests location access and you explicitly grant permission.
DreamBuild Web Application
Certain web-app features may request access to your approximate or precise location.
DreamBuild only accesses device location through these features after you affirmatively allow location access through your browser, device, or operating-system permission controls.
Location information may be used to:

Some transactions may be completed directly through DreamBuild, while others may redirect you to or otherwise involve a third-party vendor.
If you leave DreamBuild to complete a transaction with a third party, that third party's privacy policy and terms will govern information collected directly by that third party.
8. Payment Information
DreamBuild uses third-party payment processors to process payments.
For web subscriptions and eligible purchases, payment processing may be provided by Stripe.
Depending on the merchandise transaction, DreamBuild may also make third-party payment options available, including buy-now-pay-later or similar financing services.
If you choose one of those payment options, the applicable provider may collect additional information directly from you, including information required to determine eligibility or process the transaction.
DreamBuild does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.
Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy notices and terms.
9. Leroy and Artificial Intelligence Features
DreamBuild may provide artificial-intelligence-assisted features, including Leroy, DreamBuild's automotive guidance assistant.
Depending on the feature, AI-assisted functionality may help users:

- Understand maintenance procedures
- Receive maintenance guidance
- Interpret dashboard indicators
- Learn about recalls
- Research compatible automotive parts

To provide these features, DreamBuild may send information necessary to process a user's request to third-party artificial intelligence service providers.

- Relevant Bay information
- Maintenance history

- Other information necessary to generate the requested response
We seek to limit information sent to AI service providers to information reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information into AI prompts.
DreamBuild's AI features provide informational guidance and are not a substitute for professional vehicle inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, or repair.
10. Analytics, Usage, and Diagnostic Information
DreamBuild collects information about how the Services operate and how users interact with them.
This information may include:
- Pages or screens viewed
- Feature interactions
- Navigation activity

DreamBuild uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
