The DreamBuild marketing website and DreamBuild web application do not necessarily collect the same information. Certain functionality described below applies only when you create an account or use features within the DreamBuild web application.

The information we collect depends on which DreamBuild features you use and which permissions you choose to grant.

DreamBuild allows users to organize vehicles within digital spaces called Bays.
Depending on the features you use, information associated with a Bay may include:

- Vehicle year, make, model, trim, or series

- Mileage or odometer information
- Drivetrain and other vehicle characteristics
- Vehicle photographs
- Service history
- Maintenance records
- Maintenance dates and mileage

- Parts or products associated with a vehicle
- Other vehicle information you choose to store
DreamBuild may obtain certain vehicle information from third-party vehicle-data sources after you provide a VIN or other vehicle details.
We use this information to provide the digital garage, vehicle-management, maintenance, parts-discovery, recommendation, and related functionality available through DreamBuild.
3. Service and Maintenance Information
You may use DreamBuild to record, organize, and review vehicle service and maintenance activity.
This information may include:
- Maintenance performed
- Service dates
- Mileage at the time of service
- Parts or materials used
- Service-provider information
- Receipts or supporting records
- User-created notes
- Recommended service intervals
- Maintenance reminders
DreamBuild may use information stored in your Bay to provide personalized maintenance guidance, reminders, and other vehicle-related recommendations.
4. Community and User-Generated Content
DreamBuild includes community and social features that may allow users to create, upload, publish, or interact with content.

- Community discussions
- Group activity

Content you intentionally publish to a public or community-facing area of DreamBuild may be visible to other users and, depending on the feature, potentially to people outside DreamBuild.
You should not post confidential, sensitive, or personally identifying information that you do not want others to see.
We may process user-generated content for purposes such as operating community features, enforcing our Terms of Service, preventing abuse, responding to reports, and moderating content.
5. Events and Local Automotive Features
DreamBuild may allow users to discover automotive events, RSVP to events, create eligible events, or interact with local automotive resources.
Depending on the feature, we may process:

- Events created
- Event preferences
- Approximate or precise location, if you choose to provide permission
- Local shops, service providers, or resources viewed
- Search and interaction activity related to local services

6. Location Information
DreamBuild Website
The DreamBuild marketing website does not collect your precise location unless a feature requests location access and you explicitly grant permission.
DreamBuild Web Application
Certain web-app features may request access to your approximate or precise location.
DreamBuild only accesses device location through these features after you affirmatively allow location access through your browser, device, or operating-system permission controls.
Location information may be used to:
- Show relevant automotive events
- Identify nearby automotive resources
- Display local shops or service providers
- Improve location-based discovery
- Provide other functionality that depends on your location
You may decline or revoke location permission at any time through your browser or device settings.

7. Marketplace, Parts, and Purchase Information
DreamBuild may provide access to automotive parts, products, merchandise, supplier inventory, wishlists, and related marketplace functionality.

Parts compatibility, availability, and fulfillment may depend on information supplied by third-party vendors or inventory providers.
Some transactions may be completed directly through DreamBuild, while others may redirect you to or otherwise involve a third-party vendor.
If you leave DreamBuild to complete a transaction with a third party, that third party's privacy policy and terms will govern information collected directly by that third party.
8. Payment Information
DreamBuild uses third-party payment processors to process payments.
For web subscriptions and eligible purchases, payment processing may be provided by Stripe.
Depending on the merchandise transaction, DreamBuild may also make third-party payment options available, including buy-now-pay-later or similar financing services.
If you choose one of those payment options, the applicable provider may collect additional information directly from you, including information required to determine eligibility or process the transaction.
DreamBuild does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.
Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy notices and terms.
9. Leroy and Artificial Intelligence Features
DreamBuild may provide artificial-intelligence-assisted features, including Leroy, DreamBuild's automotive guidance assistant.
Depending on the feature, AI-assisted functionality may help users:
- Understand vehicle information
- Review maintenance history
- Understand maintenance procedures
- Receive maintenance guidance
- Interpret dashboard indicators
- Learn about recalls
- Research compatible automotive parts
- Understand automotive terminology
- Find relevant automotive resources
- Receive information based on data stored in a user's DreamBuild garage
To provide these features, DreamBuild may send information necessary to process a user's request to third-party artificial intelligence service providers.
The information processed may include:
- User prompts
- Vehicle information
- Relevant Bay information
- Maintenance history
- Conversation context
- Other information necessary to generate the requested response
We seek to limit information sent to AI service providers to information reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information into AI prompts.
DreamBuild's AI features provide informational guidance and are not a substitute for professional vehicle inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, or repair.
10. Analytics, Usage, and Diagnostic Information
DreamBuild collects information about how the Services operate and how users interact with them.
This information may include:
- Pages or screens viewed
- Feature interactions
- Navigation activity
- Referral information
- Browser type
- Device type

13. How We Share Information
DreamBuild does not sell personal information for money.

Examples currently include Supabase and Vercel.

Payment processors and financial-service providers that process subscriptions, merchandise transactions, or optional payment methods.
Examples currently include Stripe and, where offered, third-party payment or buy-now-pay-later providers.
Email and Communications Providers
Providers that deliver transactional messages, account communications, newsletters, product announcements, or other communications, including services that collect an email address directly for waitlist or launch-notification signups.
DreamBuild currently expects to use Resend for email delivery and GetLaunchList for web-launch waitlist signups.
Artificial Intelligence Providers
Third-party AI service providers that process information necessary to provide Leroy and other AI-assisted features.
Automotive Data, Parts, and Supplier Providers
Providers that supply vehicle data, VIN information, parts catalogs, inventory information, pricing, fulfillment, product compatibility information, or related functionality.
Analytics and Technical Providers
Providers that help us understand usage, monitor performance, detect errors, operate infrastructure, and improve reliability.
Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to:

We may use contextual information, such as the vehicle associated with a Bay or the section of DreamBuild being viewed, to make product or content recommendations.

DreamBuild does not sell personal information to advertisers for monetary payment.

Public community content may not always be automatically deleted if removing it would affect discussions involving other users. Where appropriate, such content may instead be de-identified or disconnected from the deleted account.

DreamBuild uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Security measures may include:
- Access controls

- Encryption provided by infrastructure and service providers

However, no online service, network, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
